Day 1: Sacramento to Washington DC

{Class 43 Fellows Scott Klittich, Shannon Leigh and Carson Britz}
The trip from Sacramento to Washington, D.C. went extremely well.  Although check-in and security in Sacramento took some time with a large group, we had plenty of time in the terminal to stock up on gum, water and snacks.

{Class 43 Fellow Heidi Harris}
Dallas was a breeze.  We stepped off the plane into the terminal and walked next door to our departure gate.  Many of us had been stretching on the plane in preparation for the sprint across terminals and were disappointed not to get our workout in for the day.  Without the sprinting competition available the class turned to hydration.  Efforts of hydration were taken to the extremes with every hope to minimize any symptoms of jetlag.  Arrival at Reagan was welcomed and our lovely fluorescent green luggage handles proved worthy.
{Checking in at the Crystal Gateway Marriott}

With the excitement of tomorrow building, we are here safe and ready to embark on our action packed agenda!  A special "THANKS" to family, friends and donors supporting us!

Presiding Fellows: Vance Ahlem, Danielle Dupree and Paul Sousa
